Almond milk syrup (Latte di mandorle)

It is made from ground almonds. Unlike animal milk, almond milk contains no cholesterol or lactose. It can be used as a substitute for animal milk in many recipes, and as it does not contain any animal products, is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

- a sweet drink (b.v. 1/5 syrup , 4/5 water/milk and ice cubes)

- Granita : semi-frozen dessert made from sugar, water and various flavorings
