Grappa di Moscato

In Italy, grappa is primarily served as a "digestivo" or after-dinner drink. The main objective is to assist in the digestion of heavy meals. Grappa can also be added to an espresso caffe corretto it. Another variant is the "ammazzacaffe" (literally, "coffee-killer"): after drinking the the espresso, it is followed by a few ounces of grappa served in its own glass.

This Grappa di Moscato has matured in oak barrels for 18 months.
